Inspection Trips
One way of buying
a property is to come to Spain for 3 or 4 days on
an inspection trip. We ask you for a contribution
of £60 per person to prove to us you are serious,
and then we will arrange your flights, put you up,
feed you and generally look after you. We will pick
you up from the airport, take you to your accomodation,
let you freshen up and then depending on the time
of day, begin you tour of the area or take you for
a meal. Up bright and early the next day and we're
off to look at various develpoments in the area. We
will have spoken to you before you arrival in Spain
to find out what sort of property you are looking
for and having decided on a budget we will target
specific properties for you to view that meet your
criteria. We will not waste your time taking you to
properties beyond your price range in an attempt to
prize more money out of you. At some point over the
trip we will take you to a bank to get information
on accounts and mortgages and a solicitio to get an
idea about the conveyancing process.
It could be that you
are coming over on a holiday and decide you would
like to spend a day just looking round. We will spend
a day with you looking at developments in the area
that match your desires, take you to a bank and solicitor if you wish and generally help you in any way we can.
There is no hard sell
on our trips. They are called inspection trips and
that is exactly what they are. A trip where you can
inspect various developments and get a feel for the
area. If you do decide to purchase we are with you
all the way from start to completion. If you buy 'off
plan' we will keep you updated with the progress of
the building and when possible send you some pictures.
