In-house maintenance, repairs and improvements, after-sales service, help with home and motor insurance, advice on furniture stores, garden maintenance, mail collection, free advertising on our website and several others, advertising in British and Spanish newspapers (whilst we cannot guarantee any lettings for your property, we will work as hard as we can to get as much occupancy as you want), on-line bookings, airport transfers, car hire, meet and greet service, welcome packs, baby equipment and fan hire, emergency call-outs, local information and we have a fully qualified first aider available. We will deal with everything for you, so you can relax and enjoy your new property and income!

We carry out a full and detailed inventory on your property that is checked after every guest leaves. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the guest against the security bond left with us. We check that your property is left safe and secure and that everything is switched off. Your property will be spotless for the arrival of your next guests. All beds are made up with fresh and ironed linen whilst we launder the dirty ones. Towels are laid out for your guests. We will be your eyes and ears and are here to help you and your guests make the most of your property and the surrounding area.

We also offer a pre-management service. This is ideal for you if you have purchased your property off plan and have little time to get organized. We find a lot of people come here for completion and for a week's holiday, only to spend most of it cleaning. To help you with this we offer a full builders clean; You may not be aware that your property will be left in quite a state by the builder. It will be very dusty and dirty and you will find you will not be able to stay in your property for at least the first few days. To avoid this we can get it up to scratch for you!

We can organize installation of all your electrical items, especially lights, that will not be installed. We can arrange delivery of your furniture and be there to receive on your behalf. We can get jobs done such as fixing curtain poles or shelves and changing locks, with our resident carpenter. We will even put a snagging list together for you if you want us to, or at least make a start on it whilst cleaning, so you can complete it when you come over. If you join us whilst your property is still being built, we will send you regular photographs of the different stages.
